Venting Therapy
Thus far we’ve learned what stress is, and
what it’s doing to you. You’ve rated your current stress symptoms and where
those stressors may be coming from. Now we need to go to various common areas
of defined stress and do some venting. It is healthy to let our frustrations
out.
