Venting is a great way to undo
stress. The expression, “a problem shared is a problem halved”, is true.
However, if your venting is constant and you don’t do regular constructive
rebuilding exercises, the venting can create a negative environment and be
detrimental to you feeling less stressed. Constructive rebuilding puts the situation
into perspective, provides a plan and lets you deal with the issues and move
on. It’s a very important strategy.
